Who operates this site

Elser.AI operates Playworlds. Contact support@elser.ai with privacy questions or requests. This page describes the browser version of Playworlds and was updated on September 22, 2026.

Accounts and saved adventures

Playworlds uses Supabase Authentication with Google and Discord sign-in. These providers share basic account information, such as an identifier, display name and email address, to establish your account. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Characters, preferences, modules and adventures remain stored by the Playworlds game service and are associated with your account ID. Browser storage also holds interface preferences and account-specific drafts.

Clearing cookies signs you out but does not delete your account saves. Sign in again to access them. New accounts start fresh: previous anonymous browser records are retained separately and are not imported. Contact support to ask about your account or archived records, or request deletion.

Content and AI processing

Character details, roleplaying actions and relevant adventure context are processed to generate narration and companion responses. Artwork and voice features also process the text or media you submit. These requests use the AI providers configured for the service, which can include OpenRouter, Google and MiniMax.

Generated responses and media may be stored with an adventure so that you can return to it. Share invitations and generated media links only with people you intend to give access. Avoid entering confidential information into characters, prompts or voice samples. Only upload a voice sample when you have permission to use that voice.

Website analytics

The production website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, navigation and use of the game. Google Analytics can use cookies and process information about your browser, device and visits. Playworlds removes query strings and replaces private session and module IDs in the page addresses it sends to analytics. Character names and roleplaying text are not included in the custom page and action events.

The site’s analytics configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals. You can manage site cookies in your browser and use Google’s analytics opt-out controls. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from playing.

Service providers and sharing

Playworlds uses providers for authentication, hosting, AI processing, generated media, and analytics. Relevant account or adventure information is sent to those services to provide the feature you request. Their processing and storage locations depend on the provider and service configuration.

Other people may access content you intentionally publish or share, including invitations and media links. Contact support if you need help understanding what you have shared or requesting removal.

Storage and deletion

Account records, saved adventures, and generated media can remain stored after you close the browser or sign out. Browser cookies and local preferences have a separate lifecycle and can be cleared through your browser. Clearing them does not remove server-side saves.

Contact support@elser.ai to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify the account before acting. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal obligations, or resolving a dispute; ask support about the records relevant to your request.

Your questions and choices

You can stop using the site, manage cookies and storage through your browser, and contact support@elser.ai about access to or deletion of your data. Keep access to your sign-in provider while discussing a request with support. Never share passwords or authentication tokens. This page will be updated when the browser service’s data handling changes.
