Using Playworlds

These terms cover the Playworlds browser game and website operated by Elser.AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Contact support@elser.ai with questions. Last updated: September 22, 2026.

Use the service only where you can legally agree to these terms, or with a parent or guardian’s permission where required. Follow the age requirements of your sign-in provider. World introductions may contain content notes; AI-generated stories may also include unexpected material.

Your account

Keep your sign-in account secure and use information you are entitled to provide. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not access another person’s account or share authentication tokens. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your characters and adventures are associated with your account. Features and available worlds may change, and interrupted generation or a service outage can affect progress. Keep a separate copy of content that is important to you.

Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You give Elser.AI permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate Playworlds and provide the features you use, including sending relevant content to AI service providers.

Only submit text, images, voice samples, and other material you have permission to use. Sharing or publishing content through the service makes it available to the audience you choose. Do not impersonate someone or clone a voice without appropriate permission.

AI stories and third-party settings

AI output is fictional, may be inaccurate or inconsistent, and is not professional advice. Generated content may resemble other output; we do not promise that it is unique or that it gives you exclusive intellectual-property rights. Review content before sharing or relying on it.

Playworlds names and original site materials belong to their respective owners. Referenced games, worlds, characters, and trademarks belong to their rights holders. An adaptation or mention does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or an official partnership.

Acceptable use

Do not use Playworlds for illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, infringement, or unauthorized disclosure of another person’s private information. Do not upload malicious files, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use automation to abuse its resources.

We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. You can contact support@elser.ai if you believe a restriction was applied in error.

Features, purchases, and availability

Available models, worlds, voice features, and usage limits can change. A particular model or feature is not guaranteed to remain available. If a purchase is offered, review the price, renewal terms, limits, and cancellation information displayed before confirming it. These terms do not replace those purchase details or any mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy, ending use, and changes

Our Privacy Policy describes account data, adventure content, AI processing, and analytics. You may stop using Playworlds at any time and contact support@elser.ai to request account or data deletion.

We may update these terms as the service changes and will revise the date on this page. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Contact support@elser.ai to raise a concern or dispute.
